Last Thoughts (GTC 40) is a blue sorcery from the Gatecrash expansion. It draws a card and has Cipher, letting you exile it encoded on a creature so that whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player you may cast a copy without paying its mana cost. That encoded trigger can repeatedly generate copies each time the creature deals combat damage to a player, enabling recurring card draw with evasive or repeatedly attacking creatures.
