Glaring Spotlight (GTC-229) is a rare artifact from the Gatecrash set. Its static ability lets you target opponents' creatures that have hexproof as though they didn't for spells and abilities you control. As an activated option it can be sacrificed with a mana payment to give your creatures hexproof and make them unable to be blocked until end of turn.
