It has Cipher, letting you exile the spell encoded on a creature you control so that whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player you may cast a copy without paying its mana cost. The card enables recurring token production or repeated use of the sorcery's effect by encoding onto evasive creatures to trigger additional copies through combat damage.
