Split Decision (GN3-39) is a blue instant from the Game Night: Free-for-All set that uses the Will of the Council voting mechanic. When an opponent casts an instant or sorcery, players vote starting with you to either counter that spell or copy it; if duplication wins or the vote ties you create a copy and may choose new targets. The card lets you control whether a problematic spell is removed or turned into an additional effect you control, making it useful for political multiplayer games and reactive play in one-on-one matches.
