It has Buyback for 2, letting you return the card to your hand as it resolves if you paid the extra cost, and it scries 3 to let you reorder or bottom any of the top three cards of your library. The card supports repeated card selection and filtering by combining buyback with a substantial scry effect to enable repeated library manipulation.
