Festering March (FUT-65) is an uncommon black sorcery from the Future Sight set that also has Suspend 3 for {2}{B}. When cast normally it gives creatures your opponents control -1/-1 until end of turn and is then exiled with three time counters on it. As a suspended card, it can be exiled to later be cast without paying its mana cost after its time counters are removed, providing a repeatable delayed board impact.
