Delay (FUT 35) is an uncommon blue instant from the Future Sight expansion. It counters a target spell and exiles it with three time counters, granting it suspend if it didn't have it. The exiled card will later be available to be cast without paying its mana cost when its time counters are removed, producing delayed value or tempo swing.
