Delay (FUT 35) is an uncommon blue instant from Future Sight that counters a target spell and exiles it with three time counters instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard. When exiled this way, the card gains suspend and its controller removes a time counter on each of their upkeeps until they may cast it without paying its mana cost. The card functions as a tempo-control tool by turning an opponent's resolved threat into a delayed resource or by reusing your own spells later in the game.
