Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir (V11-13 foil) is a legendary blue Human Wizard creature from From the Vault: Legends. It grants flash to itself and to your non-battlefield creature cards, and restricts each opponent so they can only cast spells any time they could cast a sorcery. Its effect strongly favors tempo and disruption by letting you act at instant speed while bottlenecking opponents to main-phase, empty-stack casting windows.
