Flaying Tendrils (F16-9 foil) is a sorcery promo from Friday Night Magic 2016 printed with Devoid, making it colorless by rules despite a black mana cost. It gives all creatures -2/-2 until end of turn and replaces deaths that turn with exile, so creatures reduced to 0 toughness are exiled rather than put into graveyards. As a removal spell it serves as a board sweeper that also prevents graveyard triggers and recursion for creatures that would die that turn.
