Everflowing Chalice (F11-1 foil) is an artifact promo from the Friday Night Magic 2011 set. It has multikicker {2} so it enters with a number of charge counters equal to times kicked, and you can tap it to add one colorless mana for each charge counter. As a zero-cost artifact that can scale from zero to multiple mana production, it often functions as early ramp or a scalable mana sink in decks that include it.
