Chainer's Edict (F06-7 foil) is a black sorcery promo from the Friday Night Magic 2006 set. It forces a target player to sacrifice a creature of their choice and has Flashback for {5}{B}{B}, letting you cast it again from your graveyard for that cost. Its role is a one-for-one removal spell that can be replayed from the graveyard to handle additional threats or to recur interaction late in the game.
