Scavenging Ghoul (4ED-159) is a Creature — Zombie from Fourth Edition. At the beginning of each end step it gains a corpse counter for each creature that died that turn, and you can remove a corpse counter to regenerate it. Its ability lets it accumulate resilience over multiple turns and trade counters for survivability in creature-heavy games.
