Library of Leng (4ED-333) is an artifact from Fourth Edition that changes how you discard and removes your maximum hand size. It replaces discard actions by allowing you to put discarded cards on top of your library instead of into your graveyard and also sets your maximum hand size to none. This card is primarily used to preserve key cards and enable hand-size–based strategies by preventing unwanted loss of resources.
