Instill Energy (4ED #252) is an Enchantment — Aura from Fourth Edition. It lets the enchanted creature attack as though it had haste and has a once-per-turn zero-mana activation to untap that creature during your turn. If the Aura ends up on an opponent’s creature, you can still activate the untap ability on your turn, enabling unusual interactions.
