Erg Raiders (4ED-135) is a common black Creature — Human Warrior from Fourth Edition. It has an end step trigger that deals 2 damage to its controller if it didn't attack that turn, unless it came under your control that turn. Its 2/3 body for {1}{B} makes it a cheap aggressive-ish creature that taxes leaving it untapped in defensive roles.
