Siren's Call (4BB-101) is a blue Instant from Fourth Edition Foreign Black Border that forces creatures the active player controls to attack that turn if able. It must be cast during an opponent’s turn before attackers are declared and destroys non-Wall creatures that didn’t attack at the next end step, with exceptions for creatures not continuously controlled since the turn began. This card can serve both as an offensive lever by forcing unfavorable attacks and as a removal tool against creatures that cannot or do not attack.
