Time Stop (FDN-166) is a rare blue instant from Foundations. Its effect immediately ends the turn by exiling all spells and abilities and proceeding to the cleanup step. This can be used both defensively to stop an opponent's sequence and strategically to skip to the cleanup step, removing temporary effects and ending combat.
