Self-Reflection (FDN 163, Foil) is an uncommon blue sorcery from the Foundations set that creates a token copy of a target creature you control. It has flashback for {3}{U}, allowing you to cast it a second time from your graveyard before exiling it. The effect can trigger enter-the-battlefield abilities of the copied creature and the token copies the printed characteristics of the original.
