It lets you play an additional land on each of your turns and can pay {4}{G}{G} and tap to reveal the top six cards and put a qualifying creature onto the battlefield. The second ability's creature must have mana value less than or equal to the number of lands you control, enabling big late-game swings or surprise creatures based on your land count.
