Kellan, Planar Trailblazer (FDN-466, Rare) is a legendary 1/1 Human Faerie Scout creature from Foundations that costs {R}. It has two activated modal abilities that permanently change its creature types and stats: one makes it a Detective and grants an exile-and-play-once-once-on-damage effect, while the other turns it into a 3/2 Rogue with double strike. Its modes can be activated regardless of current type but only take effect if Kellan has the required type when each ability resolves, so it can be pushed into different combat or card-advantage roles.
