Whenever a land enters under your control you choose to either create a 2/2 white Cat Beast token or put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and give them vigilance until end of turn. It supports both token-generation and anthem-style builds by either producing bodies or buffing an existing board each time you hit land drops.
