Blasphemous Edict (FDN 317, Rare) is a black sorcery from Foundations that can be cast for its regular cost or for {B} if thirteen or more creatures are on the battlefield. When it resolves, each player chooses and sacrifices thirteen creatures (or sacrifices all their creatures if they control fewer than thirteen). This card serves as a mass-board reset that can be much cheaper in crowded creature states and influences deck and boardbuilding choices around creature counts.
