Biogenic Upgrade (FDN-553) is a green sorcery from the Foundations set that places and then doubles +1/+1 counters. It lets you distribute three +1/+1 counters among one to three target creatures and then doubles the number of +1/+1 counters on each of those chosen creatures. It is a scalable anthem-effect for creature-heavy or counter-focused decks, enabling big grows on individual threats or multiple small creatures depending on distribution.
