An Offer You Can't Refuse (FDN-311) is a blue Uncommon instant from the Foundations set. It attempts to counter a target noncreature spell and, as it resolves, creates two Treasure artifact tokens for that spell's controller. This card trades off guaranteed countering for compensation, enabling opponents to gain flexible mana if the counter succeeds or to avoid granting Treasures if the target becomes illegal.
