An Offer You Can't Refuse (FDN 160, Uncommon) is a blue instant from the Foundations set. It counters a target noncreature spell and gives that spell’s controller two Treasure tokens when it resolves. The card can be used defensively to stop opposing noncreature threats while providing a tempo tradeoff by creating resources for the opponent.
