Kellan, Planar Trailblazer (PFDN-91s foil) is a Legendary Creature — Human Faerie Scout from the Foundations Promos set. It has two activated abilities that change its creature types and grant new effects: for {1}{R} it becomes a Human Faerie Detective and can exile the top card of your library to potentially play it when it deals combat damage to a player, and for {2}{R} it becomes a 3/2 Human Faerie Rogue with double strike. These changes are permanent until replaced by another effect and each ability only does something if Kellan has the required type when the ability resolves.
