It has flying and vigilance, gives other Angels entering under your control extra +1/+1 counters based on how many Angels you already control, and can tap for white mana that can only be spent to cast Angel spells. As a low-cost supportive creature, it functions as an anthem and mana source to accelerate and buff Angel tribal strategies.
