Whenever you attack, target creature gains deathtouch until end of turn. Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token, then look at the top card of that player's library and exile it face down. Rev, Tithe Extractor (J25-45) is a legendary creature card in Foundations Jumpstart that is a 3/3 Human Rogue costing {3}{B}. Whenever you attack, you can give a target creature deathtouch until end of turn, and whenever your creatures deal combat damage to a player you create a Treasure and exile the top card of that player’s library face down, which you may cast while it remains exiled. The exiled-card permission follows normal casting rules and timing and persists independently of Rev’s presence, though only the player who exiled them can look at or cast those cards if Rev changes controllers.
