Plagon, Lord of the Beach (J25-37) is a legendary Starfish Wizard creature from the Foundations Jumpstart set. When it enters the battlefield you draw a card for each creature you control whose toughness is greater than its power, and it has an activated ability ({W/U}) that makes a target creature assign combat damage equal to its toughness instead of its power this turn. Its stats and abilities support synergy with high-toughness low-power creatures and effects that care about damage assignment rather than changing power or toughness values.
