It has flying and gains a +1/+1 counter each time it attacks, which then reduces the cost of Angel and Human spells you cast by {1} for each counter on it. Over the course of the game it serves both as an evasive attacker and a permanent mana-cost reducer for creatures with the Angel or Human types.
