Vrondiss, Rage of Ancients (AFC-328) is a legendary Dragon Barbarian creature from the Forgotten Realms Commander set. It has Enrage: whenever it's dealt damage you may create a 5/4 red and green Dragon Spirit token that must be sacrificed when it deals damage. It also triggers to potentially deal 1 damage to itself whenever you roll one or more dice, enabling synergy with dice-rolling effects and token generation.
