Sword of Hours (AFC-61) is an Artifact — Equipment from the Forgotten Realms Commander set. Whenever the equipped creature attacks it gets a +1/+1 counter and then when that creature deals combat damage you roll a d12 for a chance to double its +1/+1 counters. It equips for {2}, making it a low-cost way to grow an attacking creature over time and potentially multiply counters on successful die rolls.
