Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant (AFC-319) is a legendary creature — Beholder from the Forgotten Realms Commander set. It can tap and goad an opponent’s creature whenever you attack, forcing that creature to attack someone else and potentially disrupting blockers. It also punishes inter-opponent aggression by having both you and the attacking player draw a card and lose 1 life when an opponent attacks another of your opponents.
