Fevered Suspicion (AFC-47) is a rare sorcery from the Forgotten Realms Commander expansion. When it resolves, each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, and you may cast any number of those exiled nonland cards without paying their mana costs; it also has Rebound so you may cast it again from exile on your next upkeep. Its effect is high variance and can create large swings in multiplayer games by letting you access multiple opponents' threats at once.
