Siren's Call (FBB 80) is a blue instant from the Foreign Black Border set that forces the active player’s creatures to attack that turn if able. It can be cast only during an opponent’s turn before attackers are declared and creates a delayed effect that destroys non-Wall creatures that didn’t attack at the next end step, with exceptions for creatures not under continuous control since the beginning of the turn. The card can be used as a tempo or disruption tool to punish opponents with tapped or unwilling attackers and to leverage combat-based removal against creatures that cannot or do not attack.
