Vaan, Street Thief (FIN 168) is a legendary red Human Scout creature from the Final Fantasy expansion. It exiles the top card of a damaged opponent's library and lets you cast it or generate a Treasure if you don't, triggered by Scouts, Pirates, and Rogues dealing combat damage. It also buffs all your Scouts, Pirates, and Rogues with a +1/+1 counter whenever you cast a spell you don't own, supporting aggressive creature synergies.
