Ultros, Obnoxious Octopus (FIN-83) is a Legendary Creature — Octopus from the Final Fantasy set. It triggers whenever you cast a noncreature spell to tap an opponent’s creature and place a stun counter if at least four mana was spent, and at eight mana it can also gain eight +1/+1 counters. Its design encourages casting higher-cost noncreature spells to control opponents and potentially grow into a large threat.
