Ultros, Obnoxious Octopus (FIN-442) is a Legendary Creature — Octopus from the Final Fantasy expansion. It triggers effects when you cast noncreature spells, tapping and applying a stun counter to an opponent's creature if at least four mana was spent, and placing eight +1/+1 counters on itself if at least eight mana was spent. Its blue identity and triggered scaling effects make it a spell-synergy finisher and a control tool in decks that cast high-cost noncreature spells.
