At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles the top card of their library and you may play those exiled cards with lesser mana value than the one you own this way without paying their mana costs until end of turn. The effect can enable a powerful temporary cheat into multiple spells and rewards decks built to capitalize on high-mana-value top-cards and red’s support for casting and sacrifice synergies.
