The Water Crystal (FIN-85, Rare) is a legendary artifact from the Final Fantasy expansion that supports blue decks. It reduces the cost of blue spells and imposes an extra four-card penalty when an opponent would mill, amplifying mill effects. It also has an activated ability that mills each opponent for cards equal to the number in your hand for a {4}{U}{U} cost and tapping.
