The Emperor of Palamecia // The Lord Master of Hell

Description

A legendary double-faced creature from the Final Fantasy set that begins as The Emperor of Palamecia and can transform into The Lord Master of Hell. The front face taps for blue or red mana usable only to cast noncreature spells and gains +1/+1 counters when you cast a noncreature spell that spent four or more mana, transforming once it has three or more counters. The back face is a larger attacking creature whose Starfall ability deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of noncreature, nonland cards in your graveyard when it attacks.
