The Emperor of Palamecia // The Lord Master of Hell (FIN-484, Uncommon) is a legendary two-faced creature card from the Final Fantasy set. The front side taps for blue or red mana usable only to cast noncreature spells and gains +1/+1 counters when you cast noncreature spells that spent at least four mana, triggering a transform when it reaches three or more counters. The back side is a larger legendary creature with Starfall that deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of noncreature, nonland cards in your graveyard whenever it attacks.
