It has lifelink and an activated ability for {2}, {T} that forces an opponent to gain control of another target permanent you control, letting you draw a card if they do. As a low-cost 1/2 with a disruptive exchange effect, it can serve as both a minor lifegain source and a combo or tempo piece in decks that can exploit or recover from handing over a permanent.
