Red Mage's Rapier (FIN-152 foil) is an Artifact — Equipment from the Final Fantasy expansion. When it enters the battlefield it creates a 1/1 colorless Hero token and attaches to it, and the equipped creature gains Wizard and a triggered buff that gives +2/+0 until end of turn whenever you cast a noncreature spell. It has Equip 3, letting you move it to other creatures for a mana cost to leverage the spell-triggered damage boost.
