Quistis Trepe (FIN-66 foil) is a legendary Human Wizard creature from the Final Fantasy expansion. When she enters the battlefield you may cast an instant or sorcery card from a graveyard and any mana can be spent to cast that spell; if that spell would go to a graveyard it’s exiled instead. As a 2/2 for {2}{U} with a graveyard-retrieval effect she can act as a tempo or value play in blue decks that utilize instants and sorceries.
