When it enters the battlefield you may tap up to one nonland permanent an opponent controls per opponent, put X stun counters on each chosen permanent, and you gain X life where X equals your number of nonbasic lands. Its Wave Cannon ability can lock down opposing permanents while providing life gain that scales with your land choices, supporting control or ramp strategies.
