Ice Flan (FIN-55, Foil) is a blue Creature — Elemental Ooze from the Final Fantasy expansion. When it enters the battlefield it taps an opposing artifact or creature and places a stun counter on it, which prevents it from untapping until the counter is removed; it also has Islandcycling allowing you to discard it for an Island. Its 5/4 body and {4}{U}{U} casting cost position it as a midrange tempo piece that can both disrupt opponents’ early plays and be converted into card advantage or a land in grindy games.
