It gives all your legendary creatures a +X/+X boost where X equals the number of legendary creatures you control and has a triggered ability that exiles library cards until you may cast a lower converted mana value legendary nonland card without paying its mana cost. This card supports legend-themed decks by both amplifying your board and potentially cheating additional legendary spells into play.
