Bolas's Citadel (FCA-7) is a legendary artifact from the Final Fantasy: Through the Ages set. It lets you look at the top card of your library anytime and play lands or cast spells from the top of your library by paying life equal to their mana value instead of their mana cost. It also has a costly activated ability that sacrifices ten nonland permanents to make each opponent lose 10 life, serving as a late-game finisher or combo enabler.
